Initial contacts were over the phone making design decisions difficult. We managed, though, to map out the scope of the renovation but design decisions waited on our arrival in Victoria. This is when the afterburners kicked in. In 6 weeks the design was finalized, the budget set and the renovation was completed - carpets, painting, lighting, bathrooms and kitchen. The work was done very professionally by courteous and efficient contractors - on time and on budget.
